New Features and changes

- Cleaning up
Resolved some minor quirks I had found in regards to multiple alerts. Also began working on SMS/Email notifications, Mobile friendly site, and Events/RSVP'ing.

- Pagination on most pages
I have added Pagination on all pages except the results for the Zip Code listing. This is both in part for a mileage listing is sometimes better with all results on the page and also because I had some problems implementing it with the stored procedure. ;)

- Search display issues in Chrome/Safari
This has been resolved.

- Alerts.
Reason: Added additional functionality to Alert notifications. You will no longer receive Alerts when commenting on your own listing or commenting on a listing you have commented on before. Likewise, per the previous change, others who have commented on a listing will be notified when a new person comments on it.

- Star Rating.
Reason: When adding a comment you have the ability to select a rating (a comment is not necessary to rate a location). When this is done a tally is collected and the total displayed as a star rating. This may change to actually submit from the stars, however for now, this is the method we are using.

- Tag location as Non-Smoking.
Reason: To maintain an accurate database. Any location tagged as non-smoking will remain in the database with a highlighted "No Smoking" icon until which time an administrator can verify. Once it has been verified, the listing will be deactivated. This will also record who tagged it, so please if you are a business owner, do not do so to divert traffic to your location.

- Registration page now asks for confirmation of email address and password.
Reason: To prevent mistyping of email address which could lead to orphaned accounts and the inability to use intended username.

- Ability to change password from the Profile menu.
Reason: To allow those who want to change their password or who requested a new one due to forgetting their existing. Password will still be stored in an encrypted state and if lost, a new one would again have to be requested and randomly generated.

- Contact Form.
Reason: To contact staff for any reason. Whether it be to suggest a new feature, let us know of bugs or to ask how to perform a certain function, or even to potentially sponsor the site or a listing.
